Eligibility: The Great Giveaway Contest from Fire Etc is open only to residents (natural persons only) that can provide a legitimate mailing and/or shipping address. Fire Etc employees, officers & directors & their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, & siblings & their respective spouses) are ineligible.
How to Enter: The Contest begins on the 1st (business day) of every calendar month. The Contest ends on the last (business) day of that same calendar month.
Online: To enter the Contest (no purchase necessary) & receive (1) entry, visit www.fire-etc.com & click on the Great Giveaway "button" on the Home Page. Follow the instructions & fully complete & submit the online entry form according to the instructions provided during the Promotion Period. You must confirm that you have read & agree with these Official Rules.
Limit (1) online entry per person. Additional entries received from any person will be void. Entry will be awarded to the person named on the applicable entry form (regardless of whether that is the name of the authorized account holder of the e-mail address from which said entry form was submitted). The use of automated entry devices is prohibited.
Prizes: (1) Prize To be selected by Fire Etc. and will vary each month. Item can be of valued at any dollar amount. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, another item or for store credit - No substitutions. Prizes will be awarded by U.S. mail.
Potential Winner Selection: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about the last (business) day of each month from among all eligible entries received by P/S/T, by a 3rd party organization whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this drawing. Potential winners will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail. If a potential winner cannot be reached by telephone and/or e-mail, within (72) hours, of the first attempt of notification, an alternate potential winner will be selected. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit (1) prize per person, immediate family or household.
Winners List: Fire Etc will post a list of winners. The winners first name, last initial, city, state and Fire Department Name (if applicable) will be listed on the website in the "Winner's Circle" that is located under "The Firehouse" section - http://www.fire-etc.com/fire-house.
