The foam in Pelican Protective Cases consists of a layer of convoluted foam for the lid, a 1" layer to pad the bottom, and one to four layers of Pick-n-Pluck foam in between. These center sections ( pick-n-pluck ) are also available separately. (set of 2) The Pelican Micro Case Foam Sets allow you to make a custom fit in your Pelican Micro Case. Simply lay your item on the foam make an outline and Pluck out the foam.
