Chain Saw Chaps Four-Ply DuPont Kevlar. Four layers of Kevlar protection. Feature four layers of Kevlar® (two woven layers, two felt layers) between two layers of nylon. The Kevlar is pound for pound five times stronger than steel and designed to clog a running chain saw upon contact. The nylon cover resists water, mildew, oil, and abrasions. Two-inch wide adjustable nylon belt, one-inch wide adjustable nylon leg straps, and unbreakable quick-release buckles. Choose between Standard Coverage Chaps which meet U.S. Forest Service specifications or the Extended Coverage Chaps which offer greater coverage along the left side of each leg.
